Refunds
Last updated 9 September 2026
The short version
If the assessment was not what you needed, write to us within 30 days and we will refund you. You do not have to explain why, and you do not have to have left it unfinished.
We would rather refund someone who found it unhelpful than keep €20 from a person who came here worried about their mental health and left no better off.
How to ask
Email [CONTACT EMAIL] from the address you paid with, or quote the address you used. We do not need your report, and please do not send it — we would rather not have a copy. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within five to ten working days depending on your bank.
Your legal right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once supply begins, provided you expressly consented and acknowledged losing it — which is what the checkout asks you to confirm.
Our 30-day policy above is deliberately more generous than that. We do not rely on the withdrawal right ending, and nothing here reduces your statutory rights.
When we may decline
We may refuse a refund where an account is being used abusively — repeated purchases and refunds, or attempts to obtain assessments without paying. This is rare and we will explain our reasoning if it happens.
The clinical tier
The €150 clinical review is not yet available. When it launches its refund terms will differ, because a clinician’s time is committed once booked. Those terms will be set out before you pay.
